Established in 2016 BS (1959 AD) by the late Mr. B.K. Shrestha, B.K. Shrestha & Builders Pvt. Ltd. is a trailblazer in Nepal’s construction industry. Initially focused on government projects during an era when the construction sector lacked formal registration and categorization, the company o!cially registered as a Proprietorship Firm in 2030 BS (1973 AD).
It was later restructured as a Private Limited Company in 2045 BS (1989 AD). By 2048 BS (1991 AD), it had earned an “A” category classification from the Ministry of Works & Transport, solidifying its status as a leader in the field.
