The Project comprises of total 26 number of buildings within premises of 65 Ropani (33,080 sq. m) including approximately 70% open land for road, parking, landscaping, footpath and garden etc. The road and parking area have been constructed in an area covering approximately 9500 sq. m. Sub grade, sub base, base and wearing course are the main layers of road and parking. Thickness of sub grade, sub base, base and wearing course are 250 mm, 100 mm and 150 mm respectively. The wearing course is made of 150 mm thick rein forced concrete layer. All land development works have been carried out in sloppy land with remarkable cutting, filling with proper mechanical compaction. The project also comprises of construction of separate toilet blocks, 27 number of septic tank and same number of soak away pits. There is also 4 numbers of rechargeable pit allow the surface rain water percolating via pit to recharge ground water.
