The project comprises of mainly total 5 number of building block including main guest block, administrative and restaurant block, service block, guard house and generator shed, laundry (within premises of 15 Ropani {7633 sq. m} including approximately 60% open land provided for road, parking, landscaping, footpath and garden etc. The road and parking area have been constructed in an area covering approximately 2290 sq. m. Sub grade, sub base, base and wearing course are the main layers of road and parking. The road and parking area are integrated and constructed using same materials in sub base and base course. The wearing course has been prepared with high strength concrete interlocking tile having strength of M35. All land development works have been carried out in flat with proper mechanical compaction. The project also comprises of construction of separate toilet blocks, 3 number of septic tank and same number of soaks away pits. There are also 2 numbers of rechargeable pit to manage the surface rain water percolating via pit to recharge ground water. The whole premises has been secured with brick masonry compound wall along with chain link fencing fixed to mental posts.
